Our uniformed installation teams have more than 20 years of experience installing guestroom energy management systems. Installation can be done as a retrofit in existing properties as well as during new construction or renovation. All wiring is hidden, existing room décor is undisturbed and our sensors and thermostats are modern, attractive devices that blend in perfectly in any room. Our installers are highly trained professionals who will ensure that the job is done right.
GEM System® may be connected to control any HVAC system normally found in a hotel/motel, school/college dorms or any other lodging facility, including:
- Thru-wall Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner/Heat Pumps (PTAC/PTHP)
- Split Systems
- Fan Coil Units (FCU)
- Line Voltage (110, 208, 220, 240, 277 volt) or Low Voltage (24 volt) Thermostats
